In order to put into practice all management advices, to make company move forward, from the beginning of July, we have started an "excellent staff" selection system to reward the one who made greatest contribution or responsible staff in order to enhance everyone enthusiasm.

On 3th,Augest, the second staff meeting was held. Our President Leo Wen gave a comprehensive summary for the work done from all department on last month, and affirmed the progress that everyone had made, then, gave a detailed plan for next month.
